The Wisconsin Biorefining Development Initiative™ seeks to help Wisconsin expand biorefining by introducing new opportunities for refining multiple, higher-value products from biomass materials and waste streams. This initiative grew out of a State Energy Project grant funded through the U.S. Department of Energy and the State of Wisconsin Department of Administration.
